Wyve’s Terms of return & refund policy apply to purchase of physical goods from Wyve. All orders placed are subject to Wyve’s acceptance. We may accept, decline or place limits for any reason.

Refund & Replacement Requirements

Once you submit a replacement or refund request, we will schedule a pick-up.
All replacements are subject to stock availability.

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

Wyve reserves the right to restrict replacement/refund of any items purchased on Wyve in case of any breach or misuse of this policy, as determined in Wyve’s sole discretion

Refunds:

In case of any product failure or any act of omission by Wyve, the liability is only limited to the amount of product paid by you
In case of any amount deducted from your account and not credited to Wyve’s account, Wyve shall not be held liable for any refunds. Any refunds or any kind of charges shall be taken care by your respective bank or third party payment gateway.However, Wyve team can be contacted for any further support
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed

Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellations can be processed within 12 hours of placing the orders, by writing to us at support@wyve.in, WhatsApp us on +91 8699413647. Refund for cancelled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-7 working days.

*We offer full-replacement of products that might be damaged in transit. Replacement orders are processed immediately after our customer support team validates the damage via communication over e-mail or phone. The decision of our management will be final.
Replacement Orders and Refunds will be processed only if the query is raised within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Any queries or concerns beyond this timeline will not be entertained
Failure to deliver for no fault of us but due to the reasons like incorrect or lack of information/authorization, erroneous addresses, then such Items shall be deemed to have been duly delivered. In such an event, you shall make payment for the same.
